Reservations Department1. Hotel reserves the right of admission.
2. Our check-in time is 1400 hrs and check-out time is 1200 hrs. Any early check-in and late check-out will be subjected to availability and charged as per the hotel policy. Any early departure would be liable to pay for a minimum of one room night charges.
3. All non-guaranteed reservations will be released by 72 hours prior Room will be held on confirmed basis subject to guarantee either by the company in writing or by credit card details or deposit paid.
4. The hotel requires at least 72 hours prior notice to cancel the reservation up to 05 Rooms. Any cancellation received after this will be 100% retention charges.
5. The hotel requires at least 07 days prior notice to cancel the reservation above 05 Rooms. Any cancellation received after this will be 100% retention charges.
6. Mandatory to carry all the guests authorized government photo ID with address (Pan card is not valid)
7. As per the law, smoking is prohibited in public areas including the lobby, restaurants / lounge, swimming pool and Health club of the hotel.
8. Swimming costume is mandatory to enter in the pool. cotton material clothes are not allowed for swimming.
