25% cancellation charges, if cancelled 45 days prior to check-in/pick-up date.
50% cancellation charges, if cancelled 44-30 days prior to check-in/pick-up date.
100% cancellation charges if cancelled within 30 days of check-in/pick-up date.
Date amendment shall be allowed only in case of availability else cancellation charges applicable as mentioned above.
Refund PolicyAll refunds are processed within a stipulated time of 15 Working Days. Reversal of the amount to the respective bank account shall be done between 15 to 30 Working Days ater deducting the banking / payment gateway / transaction / processing fee, if applied.
